Nuri, an app developer, only stopped the alleged rape when the boy’s mother ran to stop him and called police.
The boy was rushed to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead for examination and following an investigation by the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Squad, Nuri was arrested at his home on Sunday and taken to Riverstone Police Station for questioning. But following a bail hearing on Monday, he was allowed to walk free.
Under his bail conditions, Nuri must report to police every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
He is also banned from going within 500 metres of the boy’s home and from contacting the victim or any witness and has his passport removed.
He is due to appear before Blacktown Local Court on December 13.
